U.S. stocks rose on Tuesday, led by a rebound in the technology
sector, as Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said the central
bank would act "as appropriate" to trade war risks, leaving the
door open for a possible rate cut. .N 
    At 12:30 p.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI 
was up 1.62% at 25,222.85. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 1.56% at
2,787.34 and the Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was up 1.91% at
7,472.802.
