Wall Street was set to open higher on Wednesday, as investors cheered upbeat
earnings from Lowe's and Target, while awaiting minutes from the Federal
Reserve's July policy meeting due later in the day.  .N 
    At 8:45 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.71% at 26,114. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.77% at 2,920.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.80% at 7,729.25.
