4.3% at $2.68, hitting an over 6-month low
    ** AMS posts Q1 net income of 3 cents/share, down from 4
cents/per share a year ago
    ** Q1 total revenue was up 1.6% at $4.9 mln
    ** Also announced appointment of Robert Hiatt as new chief
financial officer 
    ** Shares down ~10% YTD
