U.S. stock index futures were muted on Thursday, as investors focused on
corporate earnings and economic data to gauge whether Wall Street's
record-breaking rally is sustainable, while Tesla sank on warning of slower
growth.  .N 
    
    At 9:14 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.29% at 38,089. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.43% at 4,919, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.57% at
17,720.75.
