16.1% at a more than 14-month low of $67.42 
    ** Stock on track for a second straight session of loss
    ** Posts Q1 net sales of $442.6 mln, below estimates of
$461.3 mln, according to Refinitiv data  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASA02KL2
    ** On an adj. basis, AMWD earned 70 cents per share,
compared to estimates of $1.48 per share
    ** As of last close, stock had fallen ~14% this year
