    ** Stock set to hit its highest level since January 2022 
    ** Co posts Q4 adj. profit of $2.21/shr, above Street's
expectation of $1.53/shr - Refinitiv
    ** Q4 net sales decreased 4.1% to $481.1 mln, compared with
analysts' average expectation of $477.5 mln 
    ** For fiscal 2024 co expects low double digit net sales
decline year-over-year 
    ** Including session gains, stock up 23.2% YTD
