** Toronto-listed shares of the precious metals producer
 USA.TO  fall 6.7% to C$3.32
    ** Company increases size of previously announced bought
deal offering to C$30 mln from C$25 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX6HW0Mm
    ** Says underwriters have agreed to purchase ~9.1 mln common
shares at C$3.31/shr, which implies a 7% discount to stock's
close on Thursday 
    ** Proceeds from the sale will be used for exploration,
development, improvement of existing mine properties - Co
