    ** Co-operated San Rafael mine in northern Mexico will
reopen after months of talks with country's main mining union

    ** San Rafael primarily produces silver, zinc and lead in
the town of Cosala in Sinaloa state
    ** Following inspection and review, co will provide an
update on a return to normal operations at the mine and mill,
says Americas Gold and Silver 
    ** Co says mining silver-rich areas of Cosala operations is
expected to significantly increase silver production to over 2.5
mln ounces per annum in years following restart
    ** Co is eager to get operation ramped-up for all to benefit
from current strong silver, zinc and lead price, says CEO Darren
Blasutti
    ** Co has said in the past it was the target of an illegal
blockade for over a year in addition to extortion attempts
    ** USA is down 50.4% so far this year
