Energy storage materials producer AMG Critical Materials announced the strategic acquisition of the remaining 71% of Zinnwald Lithium for 56 million dollars, to be funded 50% in cash and 50% in new AMG shares, with deal closing expected in Q3.
LVMH LVMH.PA:
French luxury group LVMH LVMH.PA has agreed to sell fashion brand Marc Jacobs to a joint venture between brand manager WHP Global and apparel company G-III Apparel Group GIII.O, which are raising up to $850 million to fund the deal, the companies said on Thursday.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI:
Stellantis STLAM.MI said on Friday it has signed an about 1 billion euro ($1.17 billion) deal with Chinese state-owned Dongfeng 0489.SG to produce Peugeot and Jeep vehicles in China.
