AMG AMG.AS:
AMG raised more than 110 million euros ($128.32 million) in a placement of 3.25 million new shares priced at 34 euros each. The new shares represent 10% of its issued share capital as of Dec. 31 2025. The company intends to use the proceeds to fund projects of lithium hydroxide conversion and molybdenum and vanadium recycling.
GTT GTT.PA:
French group GTT will design a 10,000 cubic meter onshore storage tank for an LNG liquefaction plant in China, scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter 2027.
MERCIALYS MERY.PA:
French retail property company Mercialys has acquired an 8,200 square meter retail park in Toulouse for 18 million euros.
