** It posts Q4 adjusted earnings per share at $5.29, exceeding analysts' expectations of $4.73

** Amgen expects 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $21.60 to $23.00, while Wall Street estimates it to be $22.09 per share

** Co forecast annual revenue to be in the range of $37 billion to $38.4 billion, with a midpoint well ahead of analysts' forecast of $37.1 billion

** Stock has been up 3.5% in 2025
