Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group,
announces that the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025
('Annual Financial Report 2025') and the 2026 Notice of Annual General Metting
('AGM') will today be made available to its shareholders.
A full pdf version of the Annual Financial Report 2025 together with the
Notice of AGM is available for download from the Investor Information section
on the Company's website. In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of
the Annual Financial Report 2025 has been uploaded to the National Storage
Mechanism and will be available for viewing

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 June 2026 at 9.00am (BST) at the
