Board Change

 

Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group,
announces that Robin Hoekjan, Chief Operating Officer, has informed the Board
of his intention to step down from his role to pursue other business
opportunities. Robin joined the Company in 2024 and is expected to leave on 6
March 2026.

 

The Company will now begin the process of recruiting a new Chief Operating
Officer and will update the market in due course.
