Result of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group,
announces that at the AGM held earlier today all resolutions put to
shareholders were duly passed and approved on a show of hands.

 

The results of the proxy voting position received in advance of the meeting
are reported below:
