    ** FDA late on Friday extended review of FOLD's
muscle-disorder therapy for a second time, on delay in
conducting a plant inspection of co's partner, WuXi Biologics
 2269.HK 
    ** Brokerage Cowen and Co adds its impression is that WuXi
plants have a reputation for quality in the biotech community
    ** Adds it still expects FDA approval, now in first-half of
2023
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock down 6.9% YTD, versus a 12.5%
decline in the Nasdaq Biotechnology index  .NBI
