("Amigo" "PLC" or the "Company")

Admission of shares

Amigo announced on 17 November 2025 that Craig Ransley had subscribed for
57,035,200 new ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Fee Shares") at an issue price of
0.3507p per share.  The Fee Shares were admitted to listing on the Equity
Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List and to trading on
the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange effective
at 8.00 am today.

The Fee Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company with ISIN GB00BFFK8T45.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with
voting rights is 627,388,160 and this figure may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
