("Amigo" "PLC" or the "Company")

Application for Admission of shares

Amigo is pleased to announce that following its announcement on 14 November
2025 ("the Announcement") that it has made an application for 57,035,200 Fee
Shares (as defined in the Announcement) to be listed on the Equity Shares
(Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List and to be admitted to
trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange,
which is expected to occur on or about 24 November 2025 ("Admission"). The
Fee Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with Amigo's existing issued
ordinary shares including voting, entitlement to income and entitlement on a
return of capital.

Due to the rounding down to the nearest £1 of nominal value in the authority
to issue 10% of the Company's capital for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis (as
approved at Amigo's last AGM), the last 96 Fee Shares cannot be issued.
Craig has agreed to waive his entitlement to these shares.  As a result,
57,035,200 Fee Shares will be issued.
