 Scheme of Arrangement: Update on first Court Hearing

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO) provides an update on the Schemes of
Arrangement (the 'Schemes') of ALL Scheme Ltd ('SchemeCo') announced on 6
December 2021, following the Court convening hearing which took place
today, Tuesday 8 March 2022.

Subject to finalising the documents, the Judge has indicated that he is minded
to make an order convening the Creditors' Meeting. The Creditors' Meeting is
currently scheduled to be held on 12 May 2022.

The Court was informed by Lord Justice Snowden that a final judgment should be
expected in the next few days.  Amigo will provide a further update as soon
as a final judgement is available.

holders of the Notes.
