Application to admit Employee Shares
Amigo announced on 17 July 2026 that it had appointment of Nathan Boom as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect. It also announced that, as an inducement for Mr Boom to join the Company, it would issue of 10,000,000 (ten million) fully paid new ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company (the "Employee Shares") to Mr Boom (or his designated nominee).
An application has been made for the Employee Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective on or around 14 September 2026.
