Amigo and Magnus Labs Partner on Robotics Infra for the Mining Sector

An initial six-figure USD robotics deployment and operational design program,
establishing the foundation for a significantly larger, multi-phase global
implementation.

Amigo's Dubai based subsidiary Amigo Capital FZE has entered into a strategic
collaboration with Magnus Labs Inc, a robotics workforce intelligence platform
and full-stack deployment engine focused on helping organisations deploy and
operate robotics systems in real-world environments.

The collaboration is intended to support a robotics deployment roadmap for
Amigo's mining-related operations, with an emphasis on safety, operational
reliability, and environmentally responsible implementation.

The parties anticipate an initial engagement in the six-figure USD range to
define: physical AI deployment priorities, technical requirements, and
execution pathways. Subject to successful outcomes, the collaboration may
expand into significantly larger follow-on phases and expansion into the
broader global mining market.

By combining efforts, Magnus Labs and Amigo's group intend to accelerate the
adoption of innovative robotics solutions across mining - enhancing safety,
protecting lives, and reducing the burden on personnel performing high-risk
tasks.

Potential areas of collaboration may include:

·    Inspection, mapping, and operational data collection systems;

·    Remote monitoring and teleoperations-enabled support;

·    Workforce readiness and operating model design;

·    Structured industrial task automation in later phases;

·    Semi-autonomous and autonomy-enabled workflows; and

·    Strengthening safety standards and reducing environmental intensity.
