Results of the Annual General Meeting

 

Amigo Resources PLC (LSE: AMGO) (formerly Amigo Holdings PLC) is pleased to
announce that its change of name was filed with Companies House on 2 March
2026. This name is more aligned to its strategy to focus on gold and rare
earth mining opportunities in Africa, principally in Tanzania and Mauritania.

The Company has notified to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange and trading
in the Company's shares under the new company name commenced today. The
Company will retain its existing ticker (LSE:AMGO), SEDOL and ISIN.

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights. No new share
certificates will be issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in
certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share
certificates, which will remain valid.
