as 20% at 1.2p; highest in more than a month
    ** Stock among top pct gainers across London
    ** Co says Tanzanian authorities provisionally approved new 
Chikumbi-1 well pad location and final written approval expected
imminently
    ** Stock last up 10%, set for biggest one-day gain in 8
months, and pushing stock to YTD gains
