 2024 ANNUAL REPORT and accounts

 

Further to its announcement on 29 April 2025, Aminex PLC (the 'Company')
confirms that a copy of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2024 ('Annual Report') has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and the full unedited text of the Annual Report is now
