Changes to Listing Status
 
The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 26 June 2019 and
the passing of a special resolution by its shareholders at the Company's
general meeting held on 12 June 2019, the Company's listing category on the
Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority has been transferred from the
Premium listing segment to the Standard listing segment.
 
The Company also announces the cancellation of its ordinary shares to the
official list of Euronext Dublin.
