Ntorya Operations Update

Aminex, the oil and gas exploration and development company focused on
Tanzania, is pleased to announce the following:

· During meetings in Tanzania this week between the Tanzania Petroleum
Development Corporation (TPDC), ARA Petroleum Tanzania (APT) and Aminex, the
TPDC provided the following update on the pipeline from the Ntorya gas field
to the Madimba gas processing plant (the Pipeline):

o the Pipeline contractors have begun the procurement process for the
acquisition of all necessary pipe and equipment;

o mobilisation of construction equipment to the site will begin in September
2025; and

o groundwork and pipelaying will commence in January 2026 with completion by
July 2026.

· The processing and storage of condensate was also discussed by the
parties during such meetings.

· The Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA) has approved the
tender strategy for contracting a rig to drill the Chikumbi-1 well and perform
a workover on the Ntorya-1 well, along with all related services. APT has
informed Aminex that it will be requesting expressions of interest from the
relevant service contractors next week.

Charles Santos, Executive Chairman of Aminex, commented:

"Our discussions with the TPDC and the operator have been extremely fruitful,
and we are delighted that activity on the Pipeline is proceeding as planned.
We are also pleased that discussions on the processing of condensate volumes
in the field are progressing, and we believe these will provide additional
value to the project. Finally, we are pleased that PURA has approved the
tender strategy, allowing APT to begin the tender process. These developments
demonstrate again the Government of Tanzania's strong commitment to this
project which will deliver large volumes of gas supplies to help alleviate
energy poverty, boost industrial development and fuel Tanzania's economic
growth.

We are grateful to the TPDC, PURA and APT for their professionalism and
commitment in progressing the project and look forward to updating
shareholders further as our project advances."

Notes to Editors:

The Ntorya Development Licence area lies adjacent to a region containing
supergiant world-class LNG projects, extending from offshore Tanzania into
Mozambique waters to the south. The JV partners intend to produce Ntorya gas
into the growing domestic gas market, helping to alleviate energy poverty and
boost the energy transition in Tanzania.

Aminex, with a 25% non-operated interest, is carried throughout the ongoing
work programme to a maximum gross capital expenditure of $140 million ($35
million net to Aminex). The carry is expected to see the Company through to
the commencement of commercial gas production from the Ntorya field at zero
cost to the Company.
