Person Closely Associated Dealing

 

Aminex announces that on 5 March 2026, Eclipse Investments LLC, a person
closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, Non-executive Director, transferred
its shareholding in the Company to ARA Offshore Investment Company Limited,
also a person closely associated with Sultan Al-Ghaithi, pursuant to an
intragroup reorganisation of The Zubair Corporation.

 

The notifications below are made in accordance with the Article 19 of the
Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as it forms part of United
Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018,
