Australia's AML3D climbs to near 1-month high after $1 mln US defence contract

** Shares of AML3D  AL3.AX  rise as much as 11.7% to
A$0.067, their highest since April 11     
    ** The technology co says it received A$1.54 mln ($1.02 mln)
purchase order to facilitate copper-nickel alloy qualification
programme in support of the U.S. Department of Defence      
    ** Stock set for best day since April 19, if gains hold 
    ** About 726,540 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 287,116
    ** AL3 stock down ~36% YTD, as of last close
 
   ($1 = 1.5103 Australian dollars)
