    ** Technology co raises A$6.9 mln ($4.61 mln) through rights
issue and placement
    ** Issue price of A$0.05 per share represents 27.5% discount
to stock's last close
    ** About 738,107 shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 340,273 shares 
    ** Stock down 26.8% YTD as of last close
