Australia's AML3D jumps on agreement with Phillips Corp

** Shares of AML3D Ltd  AL3.AX  rise as much as 15.4% to
A$0.090, their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb.8
    ** Contract manufacturing services provider says it has
signed value-added reseller(VAR) agreement with Phillips Corp
for an initial period of 18 months
    ** Adds Phillips will be a value-added reseller of AML3D’s
ARCEMY system to all branches of the U.S. Defence forces
    ** Co says under the agreement, it will not pay a
distribution fee to Phillips
    ** Stock at its highest since Feb. 14
    ** More than 932,000 shares change hands vs 30-day average
volume of 215,000 shares
    ** Stock flat so far this year, as of last close
