A$0.160, their biggest intraday percentage gain since July 10
    ** Stock posts hits its highest level since Aug 16
    ** The metal additives maker says it has signed a
manufacturing licence agreement with U.S. Navy contractor Blue
Forge Alliance
    ** Says deal with help co access opportunities to make parts
for the U.S. Navy
    ** About 3.9 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 1.9 mln
    ** Stock up 69.8% YTD, based on last close
