** The industrial machinery and equipment maker opens a  manufacturing facility in Ohio, United States

** The facility houses manufacturing systems for defense, aerospace, and energy applications, and supplies tech to commercial manufacturers across the U.S.

** Stock down 21.6% YTD, including moves in current session
