highest since May 29     
    ** Technology co says to invest A$2.24 mln ($1.50 mln) to
accelerate ARCEMY Increase Deposition Rates (ADIR) project
    ** Investment split equally between company and grant from
South Australia's Economic Recovery Fund
    ** Stock set for best day since May 31, if gains hold    
    ** AL3 down 32.1% YTD, as of last close
