    ** Reports Q4 adj. profit of $1.32 per share, vs $2.48 per
share
    ** Co forecasts Q1 2024 rev. of $810 mln to $830 mln, says
projected to be 26-28% lower than the year-ago period  
    ** Q4 rev. from its nurse and allied solutions unit fell 35%
YoY to $538 mln 
    ** Stock has fallen 20.4% in the last 12 months
