Healthcare selloff undeserved for some staffers, hospitals - Jefferies

** Jefferies says Friday's slide in shares of some
healthcare staffing cos and hospitals was unwarranted after
hospital bellwether HCA Healthcare  HCA.N  cut FY forecast due
to high labor costs and inflation 
    ** HCA's bleak forecast led to a slide in healthcare stocks,
with the S&P 500 healthcare index  .SPXHC  closing down 3.6% on

    ** Staffing firms AMN Healthcare Services  AMN.N  and Cross
County must be benefiting "if staffing is HCA's issue, and they
said rates and utilization didn't come down as quickly as they
expected," says Jefferies
    ** Points to Tenet Healthcare Inc's  THC.N  Q1 sales beat on
the same day; "THC's set-up was and is different from HCA's as
they guided more conservatively"
