** Co slightly lifts forecasts for FY adj. EPS and revenue, raising the range by 1 cent to $0.96 - $1.06 and by $5 mln to $3.10 bln - $3.20 bln from its prior forecast, respectively
** AMRX posts Q2 adj. EPS of 30 cents and revenue of $796 mln, beating analysts' consensus estimates of 22 cents and $768 mln, respectively - data compiled by LSEG
** Specialty segment revenue increases 17% YoY; Affordable Medicines revenue increases 13% YoY
** Co remains on track to complete the acquisition of Kashiv Bioscience, previously expected to close in H2 2026, say Co-CEOs Chirag and Chintu Patel
