The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq were set to open higher on Wednesday, with Tesla
leading gains among megacap stocks after its quarterly results, while upbeat
earnings reports across other sectors also offered support.  .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.15% at 38,667. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.08% at 5,110.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.52%
