Dec 28 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    The company said on Tuesday it ended a buy-back programme of
0.16% of its share capital before the deadline of validity.

    Atrys said on Tuesday it signed an agreement to buy Chilerad
for 8.05 million euros and said it will carry out a cash capital
increase with issuance of 1.8 million new shares.

    Separately, it said on Wednesday it bought 100% of Initia
Oncologia and 70% of Initia Research for the aggregate amount of

    Audax Renovables said on Wednesday it has begun the
construction of four photovoltaic projects with a capacity of 22

share capital of its subsidiary Formecal for 7.0 million euros
