Indra said on Tuesday it had completed the acquisition of an 89.68% stake in satellite operator Hispasat. The company reorganised management of Indra Space, Hispasat and Hisdesat, naming Miguel Angel Panduro as director of Indra Space, Luis Mayo Muniz as CEO of Hispasat and Ana Maria Molina as CEO of Hisdesat, the company reported in a separate note.

AMPER APE.MC

COFIDES will invest 41.2 million euros to acquire a 25% stake in Amper's unit Elinsa, with plans for a new factory in Moras to double output and a second plant plus digitalisation programme to boost production efficiency, the company reported on Tuesday.
