Dec 7(Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    AmRest said on Tuesday it agreed to sell its Russian KFC
restaurant business in Russia to Almira OOO and expects to get

    Amper reported on Tuesday a transaction of about 15 million
euros with Growth Partners Capital for Amper's R&D projects.

    GRIFOLS  GRLS.MC  
    The world's largest asset manager BlackRock said on Tuesday
it brought its stake in Grifols to 3.83%. It increased its
position in the firm by 0.24 percentage points, a package valued
at 10 million euros ($10.45 million), according to Spanish
newspaper Expansion.

    Citigroup raised its target price to 7.50 euros from 7.40
