March 25 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

    Spain's Banco Sabadell approved on Thursday the early
redemption of 750 million preferred securities that will be
payable on May 18 with a 6.5% coupon, 3,250 euros per preferred

    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC  
    Spain's Telefonica has hired investment bank AZ Capital to
start the sale process of a 45% stake in its rural fibre
network, a unit which is worth about 2 billion euros, news

    Construction company Sacyr proposed on Thursday two capital
increases for up to 18 million euros each through the issuance
of new ordinary shares of one euro each, without issue premium.

    The company has bought 100% Of Optimus Services Iberia's

    Spanish energy company Repsol  REP.MC  said on Thursday it
has increased a fuel discount for haulers and self-employed by

    Morgan Stanley upgraded Indra's rating to "equal-weight"
from "underweight" and also raised its target price to 11 euros
