SANTANDER SAN.MC

Spanish bank Santander has sold a 49% stake of its Polish subsidiary to Erste Group Bank ERST.VI for about 6.8 billion euros ($7.7 billion), turning Austria's largest lender into one of the most important banks in Poland and freeing up billions for Santander.

INDRA IDR.MC

Spanish defence and technology firm Indra said on Tuesday its first-quarter net profit fell 3.2% on higher financial costs and heavier taxes.

PROSEGUR COMPANIA DE SEGURIDAD PSG.MC

Prosegur booked a 28.4 million euro ($32.14 million) net profit in the first quarter, the company said on Tuesday.

OHLA OHLA.MC

Spanish construction and engineering firm OHLA said on Tuesday is has approved a strategic plan with the aim of sales exceeding 5 billion euros by 2029.

AMPER APE.MC

Amper said on Monday its Brazilian Unit Elinsa was awarded a 4-year contract for 447.9 million reais ($78.75 million) with Equatorial Energia to provide construction and services for public lighting in the region of Abaetogominas.

URBAS GRUPO FINANCIERO UBS.MC

Urbas said on Monday it had submitted a notification of the existence of negotiations with creditors regarding a future restructuring plan.
