    The bank said on Wednesday it will carry out optional early
redemption of all outstanding CoCos for nominal total value of 1

    Mobile phone tower operator Cellnex will accelerate asset
sales in a bid to get an investment grade credit rating by the
middle of next year and is preparing for a wave of consolidation

    The company announced on Tuesday a conversion of convertible
