$23.59 in premarket trading, set for worst session since debut
in Sept 2021
** AMPL expects FY 2022 revenue between $226 mln and $234
mln vs est of $235.9 mln - Refinitiv data
** Sees loss per share between 42 cents and 44 cents vs est
for loss of 44 cents
** Baird cuts PT to $40 from $75 on "underwhelming guide"
** "Investors were spooked by the large gap and change in
outlook, leading to a dramatic sell-off in shares after hours,"
Baird analysts say
** Four of seven brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher
and three "hold"; their median PT is $45.5 - Refinitiv data
** AMPL still beat Q4 revenue and EPS estimates
** Up to last close, stock had fallen 21.4% so far this year
