** Analytics firm Amplitude Inc AMPL.O beats Q3 revenue
estimates and posts a loss of 5 cents per share versus expected
loss of 12 cents
** AMPL's shares, which have surged ~50% since co's direct
public listing on Sept. 28, drop 12% in pre-market trading
** Baird raises PT to $75 from $70, saying AMPL reported a
very strong quarter in its first results as a public company;
but sticks with 'neutral' rating, citing valuation
** AMPL announces partnership with data cloud company
