Australia's Ampol posts 5.7% drop in first-quarter Lytton refinery output
April 16 (Reuters) - Australia's Ampol ALD.AX reported a 5.7% drop in first-quarter output from its Lytton refinery in Queensland on Wednesday, as a few days of production was lost to prepare for Cyclone Alfred to make landfall. The company's refinery production was 1.30 billion litres for the first quarter, lower than the 1.38 billion litres produced in the same period last year.
