** Shares in ams OSRAM AMS.S fall 4.5% after Deutsche Bank (DB) cuts the Austrian semiconductor supplier and sensor maker to hold from buy, due to the company's soft Q1 guidance and more balanced risks and rewards for now
** DB says OSRAM guided softly on the first quarter even after considering the sale of the non-optical sensor business to Infineon because of the fast rising gold price and slowdown in automotive business in China
** The broker now sees a significant year-to-year reduction in adjusted EBITDA to 466 million euros ($554.87 million) for 2026
** "In short, while there were positives in the results from an extraordinary cash inflow resulting from a change in the employee pension fund which has aided de-levering, we believe risks and rewards now more in balance," DB says
** The stock, which has gained 5.8% YTD including today's session, is among the worst performers on Switzerland's mid-cap index .SMIM
