    * Q1 operating revenue $21.7 million versus $21.6 million 
year ago 
    * Q1 EBITDA $20.9 million versus $20.7 million year ago 
    * On May 12, 2015, the board authorized quaterly dividend 
payment of $0.103 per share, to the shareholders of AMSC on 
record as of May 19, 2015; dividend will be paid on or about May 
29, 2015 
    * Expects to continue paying regular quaterly dividends,
