Beijing Construction Engineering Group & Beijing Yintai
Investment Co
* JV not expected to have any material impact on EPS of
group for current FY ending December 31, 2017
* Proposed JV co, Yinxin Commercial Factoring Co to have
registered capital of RMB200 mln
* JV for import & export factoring business, onshore &
offshore factoring, providing consultancy services for
commercial factoring
