Dec 24 (Reuters) - CEFC International Ltd  CEFC.SI : 
 
 * Capital injection of a joint venture company in the people's republic of  China 
 * Capital injection is funded through controlling shareholder's loan 
 * Hk CEFC has injected USD26.6 million to the jvco, being its 49% shareholding in the jvco 
 * capital injection not expected to have material impact on  net tangible assets and EPS of co for financial year ending 31 December 2015
