Feb 10 (Reuters) - CEFC International Ltd  CEFC.SI : 
 
 * CEFC International Limited uncommitted trade facilities of up to US$120 million 
 * Regional bank has agreed to make available uncommitted trade facilities to  units 
 * Proceeds from facilities will be used by the borrowers to finance the  procurement of crude and petroleum products 
 * The facilities will be secured by, inter alia, a corporate guarantee to be  granted by the company"
